Hello! Last month, I had an amazing experience at the Emirates Airlines Dubai Office. I was a little anxious when I first arrived because I wanted to resolve a visa-related matter, but the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. In addition to helping me fill out some forms, the woman behind the desk took her time to go over all of the possibilities. My anxiety was greatly reduced by the office's neatness, organization, and laid-back atmosphere. When airline service is this effective, it's always a relief. To be honest, I smiled and had complete faith in Emirates' service when I departed.
