COVID-19 RESPONSE

Join us in our effort to 3D print safety medical devices for our nation’s front line workers

In response to the development of COVID-19, Tinkerine is utilizing our 3D printers to help alleviate the shortage of safety medical devices. We have been working closely with medical professionals to design and produce a face shield that will fit the stringent requirements of health care facilities. Other equipment such as goggles and ventilator splitters will follow.

This Version-9 face shield is a personal protective device used for the protection of the facial area from splashes, sprays, and spatter of bodily fluids.
The current design is the result of feedback from medical professionals. Not only is it balanced for functionality and comfort, it is also optimized for production speed and ease of assembly in order to meet the increasingly high demand.
We follow a strict sanitation protocol during production. On a dedicated production floor that is regularly sanitized, authorized staff wear gloves and face masks at all times. As they are produced, all parts are immediately packaged with minimal contact. All packaged items are dated and stored on the shelf for 48 to 72 hours before shipping.
