Nasal swabs can be made in Canada through different technologies...3D printing as a bridge or mass production tech or looking at injection molding to mass produce if the design can already be proven to work.

3D printing swabs is already a thing down in the USA through partnership between Heath care and a company such as Formlabs that produces SLA printers.

V3 looks to make the swabs smaller and less intrusive and easier to print. Still best done on an SLA or DLP machine. The small scale of these swabs requires machines that can be finer detail. Resin based printers are best suited.

Resin printing these swabs would probably take a few hours.
Injection molding, after tooling and a die would bring the cost of these down to cents to produce.
